By using Post2.Video (“we,” “us,” “our”) services or site at post2.video, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

What we provide

We convert social posts, links, text, images, and other content you submit into short videos and provide related account, hosting, and support services.

3. Account

Registration & responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for complying with these terms.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited conduct

  • Do not use the service to upload, create, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harassing, violent, or harmful.
  • Do not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with our systems or other users’ accounts.
  • Do not use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Content ownership & license

User content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit.
  • By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the service (including generating videos and thumbnails, hosting, caching, and backups).
  • You represent and warrant you have the rights to submit and authorize use of the content.

6. Payments & refunds

Billing

  • Paid features are billed as described at purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms and any billing issues must be raised with us promptly.

7. Intellectual property

Our rights

  • All service-related software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by us are our property or licensed to us.
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that the service will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

Cap on damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

Your promise

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Ending access

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, at our discretion, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time; termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

12. Governing law & disputes

Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our principal place of business is located, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to terms

Updates

We may modify these terms; we will post the updated terms and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous

Other provisions

  • These terms, together with any policies and payment terms referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
